This dataset contains the experimental and processed data supporting the study entitled “Two-Fraction Kinetic Modelling of Ethyl Levulinate Production from Oil Palm Empty Fruit Bunches via Dimethyl Carbonate-Assisted Ethanolysis.” The dataset includes temperature- and time-dependent ethyl levulinate yield, humins yield, cellulose conversion, kinetic parameters used for Arrhenius analysis, apparent activation energy calculations, and experimental data used for artificial neural network modelling. The data support the kinetic modelling, Arrhenius analysis, and ANN analysis reported in the associated manuscript.
