Analysis scripts supporting the study of plasma-derived exosomal miRNAs associated with low muscle mass in Tibetan patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Mo Chen

This repository contains the custom analysis scripts and workflow materials supporting the manuscript entitled “Machine learning identifies plasma-derived exosomal miRNAs associated with low muscle mass in Tibetan patients with rheumatoid arthritis.” The archived files include scripts for differential expression analysis, functional enrichment analysis, Random Forest feature selection, support vector machine–recursive feature elimination (SVM-RFE), XGBoost feature selection, and nomogram construction and internal evaluation. The scripts document the project-specific analytical workflow implemented using established third-party software and packages. No new algorithm or standalone software package was developed. These materials are provided to facilitate transparency and reproducibility of the principal analyses reported in the manuscript.
