Effective management of the access to sensitive information remains an overriding issue for organizations. Attribute-based encryption (ABE) allows a cryptographic solution to limit decryption to users with particular sets of attributes. In this work we formulate access control as a prediction problem on the dataset of Amazon employee access, which consists of 32 769 labelled records and 58 921 test records. Employee attributes such as resource identifiers, departmental positions and job titles constitute the feature set. After the preprocessing of the data and introduction of probabilistic model inspired by ABE, we compare the standard classifiers against our proposed method. The proposed probabilistic ABE analysis model got 97.36% accuracy, 96.98% precision and 96.71% F1-score result, which are superior to traditional logistic regression and tree methods. These outcomes suggest that a probabilistic view toward ABE policies can have a meaningful impact on automated access decisions in a complex organizational environment.
The adoption of IoT in agriculture has moved fast, probably too fast for security to keep pace. In open, distributed farming environments, we are suddenly asking soil sensors, weather stations, and actuators to trust each other, frequently across organizational boundaries, with n…
Financial regulation is changing in response to the risks of the agricultural sector and the growing need to expand the availability of financing from various sources. In these conditions, studying the role of financial inclusion as a separate area of financial regulation becomes…
Deploying artificial intelligence systems for medical image analysis in clinical settings involves considerations that go beyond model accuracy: infrastructure constraints, integration with existing workflows, and generalization across patient populations all determine whether a…
Congestion control in Wireless Sensor Network is a significant area which has to be addressed for smooth and seamless packet transfer from source to the destination node. Existing literatures have deployed various congestion control schemes to reduce the congestion in network., w…
Cardiovascular diseases remain top in the world mortality statistics even after significant progress in diagnosing and treating the disease. The recognition of the people at risk prior to the emergence of the critical symptoms is thus an important measure to the minimization of t…
Distributed electric propulsion (DEP) is one of the emerging fields of research for the development of next-generation electric aircraft. The current paper is a narrative review and synthesis of published literature related to using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods for…
