Immersive Educational Environments

Serhii Hostiunin

Immersive Educational Environments represent a new generation of educational ecosystems designed to integrate immersive technologies with scientific learning within the framework of Vitology. Unlike conventional digital learning platforms, immersive educational environments provide interactive three-dimensional spaces where learners, educators, researchers, artificial intelligence systems, and digital twins jointly explore the principles of viability through visualization, simulation, experimentation, and collaborative knowledge construction. This paper presents the conceptual foundations, architecture, educational principles, and technological components of immersive educational environments. Their potential applications are discussed in higher education, professional training, interdisciplinary research, engineering, medicine, sustainability, systems science, and artificial intelligence education. The study argues that immersive educational environments can substantially improve scientific education by promoting experiential learning, collaborative problem-solving, adaptive learning trajectories, and the integration of human expertise with intelligent computational support. Keywords Vitology; immersive educational environments; immersive learning; artificial intelligence; digital twins; virtual reality; educational technologies; interdisciplinary education; scientific training; viability; Space of Harmony; intelligent educational platforms.
