PS-MOT: Cultivating Instance Awareness from Point Seeds for Multi-Object Tracking

Kai Luo, Fei Teng, Mengfei Duan, Wanjun Jia, Xu Wang, Hao Shi, Kunyu Peng, Zhiyong Li, Kailun Yang

We introduce Point-supervised Multi-Object Tracking (PS-MOT) as a cost-effective alternative to traditional bounding box supervision, shifting the focus from spatial fitting to topological center-driven representation. However, PS-MOT faces challenges, e.g., spatial ambiguity and identity drift due to the lack of explicit geometric structure and scale constraints. To address these, we propose PS-Track, a hierarchical pipeline transitioning from points to instances across data, model, and loss levels. At the data level, we introduce Temporal-Feedback Prompting (TFP) to evolve points into temporally consistent pseudo-labels using negative spatial cues and motion priors. At the model level, we design the Point-Excited Wavelet Attention (PEWA) module, which leverages semantic correlations to activate high-frequency components, ``hallucinating'' object boundaries. At the loss level, Uncertainty-Guided Gaussian Learning (UGL) models pseudo-labels as probabilistic distributions, dynamically calibrating supervision intensity. Experiments on DanceTrack, EmboTrack, SportsMOT, and JRDB demonstrate that PS-Track provides a feasible and effective point-supervised alternative across diverse tracking scenarios, establishing a new state-of-the-art for point-supervised tracking. ViTacWorld: Scaling Visuo-Tactile World Models for Contact-Rich Robot Manipulation

Yunao Huang, Shiyu Sang, Haotao Lu, Suting Ni, Shijie Wu, Ziyang Guo, et al.

Contact-rich robot manipulation requires physical interaction cues that are often invisible to cameras, making tactile sensing essential for robust control. However, scaling visuo-tactile robot learning remains difficult because real tactile interaction data are expensive to coll…

JustDepth: Real-Time Radar-Camera Depth Estimation with Single-Scan LiDAR Supervision

Wooyung Yun, Dongwook Kim, Soomok Lee

Accurate yet low-latency depth is essential for radar-camera perception in autonomous systems. Cameras provide rich appearance but lack metric scale, whereas automotive radar offers metric range but is sparse and noisy. Many pipelines are multi-stage or depend on auxiliary annota…

CARA: Concept-Aware Risk Attention for Interpretable Collision Anticipation

Zhishan Tao, Ruoyu Wang, Yucheng Wu, Enjun Du, Yilei Yuan, Sherwin Ho, et al.

Collision anticipation in autonomous driving requires not only accurate early warnings but also interpretable reasoning about what risk factors are being tracked and how risk evolves over time. Existing methods fall short in this regard: feature-driven models are opaque, post-hoc…
